RAISE YOUR VOICE

And make sure the right people are listening

There's only one of you. We are here to help you grow and project your voice in the crowded food conversation. We help make sure that the story you're telling is distinctive, resonates, and helps you achieve your goals.

If you are a chef, you are busy. We'll use your point of view and recipes as a springboard to a unique presence via books, social, video, and more in a way that respects your time and allows you to do what you do best...and generates revenue.

If you are passionate about food but new to the game, we will help you shape and launch a singular food identity. Use your love of cooking, eating, and wellness to solidify your connection with your followers and fans, wherever they live...and wherever you want to take them.

If you are a business, we will show you how to harness the power of food to speak to consumers in a way that creates loyalty and community...and sells product.

She sees both the big picture and the smallest detail!

Pam Krauss has been my editor since 2002 and I can't imagine writing a book without her! She edits my books invisibly so they sound just like me, but better, and she knows how to solve problems without ruffling feathers.  I trust Pam completely, which gives me the freedom to push the boundaries, because I know she will always have my back. I love writing cookbooks and I know they are infinitely better because of the work we do together.
